After December 31, new subscribers pay the regular tier prices: Solo+ $99/mo, Starter $199/mo, Crew $349/mo, and Company $549/mo. If you joined before the deadline, nothing changes for you. Your USA 250 rate is locked for your subscription as long as your account stays active and in good standing. We don't raise prices on existing subscribers.

The only thing that changes between plans is how many internal users are included.

Add seats as you grow. Starter and Crew add seats at $30/user/mo (through 9 and 16 users respectively), and Company adds users at $15/user/mo above 20. Extra users are billed at the full rate and are not discounted under the USA 250 Early Adopter Rate. For example, Company at 25 users is $549 + (5 x $15) = $624/mo at regular pricing, or with the USA 250 rate the base is $411.75 + (5 x $15) = $486.75/mo.

No. BD Project Tools is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalty. Your data is retained for 24 months after cancellation, and you can export it at any time. If you resubscribe within that window, your data is still there.

No. Billing is monthly, with no contract. Many competitors show a low "annual" price, then charge 20-40% more if you pay monthly, or lock you into a 12-month contract to get the headline rate. We don't play that game. The price you see is the price you pay, and we don't punish you for choosing monthly billing.
