Meeting Notes
Navigate to Meeting Notes > Notes to review recordings your team captures in the field. Meeting Notes turns a voice recording of a meeting, client conversation, or site walk into a written transcript and a short AI summary, and can even pull out follow-up tasks. This module is off by default; enable it in Settings, then grant per-employee access in Employee Management.
How employees capture a note: From the Company Home screen they tap Meeting Notes, optionally pick a summary style and link a job, then record (or upload) audio and save. The recording is transcribed and summarized automatically in the background.
Admin review (Meeting Notes > Notes):
- List: Browse all notes, filter by employee and job.
- Detail: Edit the title and linked job, play the audio, read the full transcript, and read the summary.
- Re-summarize: Re-run the summary with a different summary style without re-transcribing.
- Extract to Project Tasks: Click Extract Tasks to have AI pull action items out of the conversation, review and edit them, then Add All Tasks to Project to push them onto the linked job's task list.
Summary Prompts (Meeting Notes > Summary Prompts): manage the named summary styles your team can pick from (e.g., General Meeting, Client Meeting, Safety Walk, Site Visit). Add your own, set a default, or seed a starter set with one click.
